Airplanes

Over the past five days, we have been studying the Wright brothers and different ways that people fly.

To conclude our unit, we became mini-aviation experts, designing and testing our own paper airplanes!

After students flew their planes, they collected data for their group by measuring the distance each plane flew and by graphing the results.

The winning plane flew more than 25 feet-wow!

This week we all learned a lot of history, a lot about aerodynamics, and had a lot of fun too!
